Can one attorney represent both parties in a divorce in Oklahoma?

Although technically one attorney can represent both parties, they really shouldn’t because no matter how much you think you agree on everything, it’s really impossible for the attorney to advocate for the interests of both parties at the same time. So, there will likely be a conflict of interest and then the attorney will have to just get out of the case altogether.
